Luego, sigue las instrucciones en pantalla para completar el proceso de compra. Además, a través de nuestra web puedes chequear el estado del producto: en almacén, en traslado o recibido por el cliente. Una vez que haya sido enviado, recibirás un correo de notificación.

Con respecto a las devoluciones, nuestra bodega tecnológica ofrece una garantía de 1 a 3 meses en dependencia del tipo de producto. En ese tiempo, aceptamos devoluciones, siempre y cuando el producto esté en su estado original y sin usar.

Ofrecemos a nuestros clientes una garantía de 1 a 3 meses, en dependencia del tipo de producto o servicio. Si muestra inconformidad con su compra en ese rango de tiempo, puede solicitar una devolución. Los productos deben estar en su estado original y sin usar. En caso de rotura de un equipo, nuestros especialistas tratarán de solucionarlo. De no conseguirse, se le cambiará por uno semejante si así lo desea el cliente o se le devolverá su dinero.

- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
